Pet measuring guide
Grab that tape measure! The perfect pet apparel starts with the perfect fit.
Use the tips & visuals in this guide to learn how to measure a pet accurately and easily. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend going up a size for the pet costume that fits best.
How to measure
-
Length
Run tape from the base of your pet’s neck, at the collar, to the base of their tail, where the back ends and the tail begins.
-
Girth
Start at the widest part of your pet’s chest, right behind the front legs. Don’t forget to leave a little wiggle room!
-
Neck
Measure where your pet’s collar naturally goes. Remember to leave a little slack. Two of your fingers should comfortably fit underneath the measuring tape.
